Tom Rigby is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience in residential and commercial transactions, real estate litigation, and distressed property solutions, including short sales and loss mitigation. With a career spanning corporate, litigation, and title insurance law, Tom provides investors with strategic legal guidance to maximize profitability and mitigate risk.
 

After earning his law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law, Tom honed his skills as a litigation defense attorney, served as corporate counsel for an S&P 500 real estate company, and acted as in-house counsel for a major Illinois title insurance provider. In 2015, he founded The Real Estate Law Firm with a mission to deliver high-level legal expertise at investor-friendly rates.
