Tom Rigby is an experienced residential and commercial real estate attorney. Mr. Rigby built his practice around real estate transactions, real estate litigation, and real estate short sale and loss mitigation work. Since graduating from Northern Illinois University College of Law, Tom has worked as a litigation defense attorney, a real estate corporate attorney for a S&P 500 Corporation, and as in-house counsel for a major Illinois real estate title insurance company. In October of 2015, Mr. Rigby founded The Real Estate Law Firm with the mission of bringing big law firm services to the public for small law firm legal fees. Tom’s experience has been utilized in closings spanning Kane, Will, DuPage, Lake, and McHenry counties.
