🔸 Associate Attorney

We’re looking for an attorney with experience in:

Residential and commercial real estate transactions

Contract drafting and negotiation

Estate planning and/or business entity formation (a plus)

Litigation or landlord/tenant law (a bonus)
🔸 Real Estate Paralegal

We’re looking for a detail-oriented paralegal with:

Experience preparing closing documents and coordinating closings

Familiarity with title, contracts, and client communication

Ability to manage multiple files with minimal oversight
